You followed a real link. The page it points at is not written yet. We are a broke startup and grandpa designed this site. He used to work at a startup in 1998. We only had budget for one page, and he built that one first.
Every link on the front page that lands here is on the list: the FAQ, the change log, the contact page, the terms, the security page, and a page of its own for each product. They get written as we go, and this placeholder disappears one link at a time.
In the meantime the front page says what Helm is, how permissions and policy work, and what it costs. If you want in while it is still invite only, ask there. If you want a specific one of these pages sooner, say so and it moves up the list.
